2.3 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
2.4 Customized products may take additional processing time and are non-returnable unless defective.

  1. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
3.2 We accept all UPI payments. Payments must be completed before order processing.
3.3 In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We ship across any part of India. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
4.2 Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and Zvolat is not responsible for such delays.
4.3 Customers must provide accurate shipping details; we are not liable for incorrect addresses or lost shipments due to customer errors.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery, except for customized products.
5.2 Items must be in unused, original condition with tags intact.
5.3 Refunds are only possible if the customer visits our boutique within 10 days of delivery and if Zvolat is convinced of a genuine reason for the refund.
5.4 Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.

6.1 All content on Zvolat, including images, logos, and text, is our property and may not be used without permission.
6.2 Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content may result in legal action.

  1. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Zvolat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
7.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
